ABOUT LesliePaints

Welcome to my blog! Glad you are here. Do pull up a seat and have a cookie.

First, a little bit about me. I have a wonderful husband, two fabulous grown children, one fantastic son in law and a menagerie of pets and grand pets. I actually reside only a couple of miles from the home I grew up in, on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

I inherited my love of old furniture from my mother; she had a keen eye for quality and wasn't afraid to haggle for a better price; I learned both talents from her!

I differ however, in that I love painting furniture to give it new life and purpose. What many would take to the landfill, my husband and I lovingly restore. I hope to share some of my best projects with you and would love to answer any questions you may have.
